Lead Security Officer Job Description

This position involves leading the development and execution of security controls, procedures, and protocols to strengthen our organization's security posture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust security frameworks to protect against cyber threats
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant regulations, including ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR
  • Conduct regular security audits to identify gaps or vulnerabilities and recommend remediation actions
  • Maintain accurate records of security activities, compliance status, and improvement initiatives

As a senior security professional, you will be responsible for driving ongoing enhancements to our security framework and practices.

RequirementsExperience and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years in information security, compliance, or risk management
  • Strong background in implementing and managing security programs aligned with global standards
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex security concepts to clients and stakeholders
Technical Skills:
  • Deep understanding of information security principles, technologies, and best practices
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, cloud services, and BPO operational models
Preferred Certifications:

CISA, CISSP, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor
