About the Role

This strategic position leads the development, implementation, and management of cloud security protocols for a comprehensive bank-wide solution. Safeguarding digital assets is crucial for this role as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and integrating cutting-edge security technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identity and Access Management: Develop an identity-centric security strategy incorporating IAM features into CNAPP solutions, review and refine policies to remove excessive privileges, enforce least privilege principle, implement robust MFA across all critical cloud resources and access points.
  • Security Monitoring and Analysis: Direct deployment and management of cloud native SIEM solutions, use tools to detect, analyze and respond to security incidents, anomalies and potential threats, ensure effective monitoring and analysis of cloud platform logs.
  • Multi-Cloud and Hybrid Cloud Security: Design and implement security frameworks to address specific challenges of multi-cloud and hybrid environments, maintain consistent security policies and ensure seamless integration across all cloud platforms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10-18 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and technical knowledge.
