Job Title: Luxury Retail Manager

The ideal candidate will have:

● Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close high-value deals

● A deep understanding of luxury retail trends, brands, and markets

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNIs and team members alike

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the store, including sales, marketing, and operations

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, providing personalized styling advice and ensuring exceptional customer experiences

• Lead and motivate the store team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive sales and profitability

• Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events at the store
