About the Position
  • This is a challenging and rewarding position that involves managing tasks effectively to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business objectives.
  • You will be required to maintain performance standards, update reports based on predefined templates, and adhere to Company policies and compliance at all times.
  • A basic understanding of core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation is essential for this role. You will be required to complete assigned training activities and ensure completion of all production targets in both training and Business as Usual (BAU) environments.
  • Regular communication with team managers regarding work status and any issues is mandatory, with strict adherence to schedules and no unplanned leaves allowed.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in Insurance Broking or a related field is highly desirable.
  • A graduate degree in any stream, along with a fair understanding of Insurance Broking business dynamics and good command over spoken and written English, is required.
  • Superior comprehension and articulation skills, ability to prioritize and organize tasks within tight timelines, and an eye for detail with an innovative mindset are essential.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn and adapt to changes is necessary.
