Unlock the full potential of our digital transformation platform as a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction.

We process nearly 3 million transactions every month and partner with over 12,000 restaurants across India and the Middle East.

As a team member responsible for onboarding, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.

You will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products to empower customers to maximize their digital presence.
  • Provide end-to-end support to customers navigating their online menus during onboarding and post implementation.
  • Collaborate with integration teams and Technical Account Managers to develop effective solutions or alternatives.
  • Work closely with Customer Service and Product & Engineering teams to facilitate issue resolution and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Build strong relationships by actively engaging with customers, striving to exceed expectations, and taking extra measures to guarantee satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 0-2 years of experience in Customer Success or Relationship Management, preferably within the SaaS space.

A Bachelor's degree is required, along with proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This position requires working during US hours, possessing strong analytical skills, and being proficient with tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
