Job Title: Workday Configuration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Workday configuration specialist to maintain and optimize our Workday environment.

This pivotal role entails daily support for Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Performance, and Payroll modules. Troubleshooting and resolving system issues are essential responsibilities.

About the Role:
  • Maintain and enhance Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Performance, and Payroll modules by implementing configuration updates and reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop reports and calculated fields to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user assistance and day-to-day support for Workday modules, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into configuration updates or reporting solutions.
  • Build and maintain Workday reports and calculated fields to meet business needs.
  • Conduct configuration testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and ensure smooth deployment of changes.
  • Document configuration changes and create user guides.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM, Benefits, Absence, and Payroll modules.
  • Proficiency in Workday report writing, including calculated fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, testing, and deployment in Workday.
  • Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, and Benefits processes and how they are configured within Workday.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage directly with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
