Workday Expert: Expense Configuration and Process Enhancement

Job Description:

  • Provide expert-level Workday support and guidance for day-to-day operations, configuration, and development of business processes in the Expense Module.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, optimize process efficiency, and enhance user experience.
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy leading practice-based business processes and solutions using Workday best practices and industry expertise.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of Workday functionality and integration capabilities to develop innovative solutions for business challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure seamless execution of Workday projects and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience working with Workday Expenses, with a strong focus on configuration, security administration, and business process management.
  • Excellent understanding of Workday HCM, including Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB), and ability to leverage this knowledge to drive business value.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments, with a focus on analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and collaboration tools like ServiceNow and Jira is highly desirable.
