Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our campus operations. The successful candidate will steer the student experience, managing academics to activities, and ensure effective communication across departments.

This role requires a strong leader who can identify and eliminate obstacles to create a thriving learning environment. They will work closely with academics and student success teams to drive outcomes and derive clear visibility of students' progress.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6+ years of experience in Category Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Prior software development experience is preferred.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the campus strategy and ensuring effective communication within and across teams.
  • Managing P&L and cross-functional teams at campus and coordinating initiatives with the central program team.
  • Working closely with academics and student success teams to drive outcomes.
  • Setting up processes and improving engagement levels and performance of students through improvement in pedagogy, content, and class delivery.
  • Managing campus student experience charter, campus-level marketing, and branding.

Requirements:

  • Minimum experience of 6+ years of experience in Category Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with prior software development experience preferred.
  • Goal-driven and works well in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders.
