Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Location Scheduling Specialist I to join our team. As a key member of our scheduling services team, you will be responsible for maximizing field consultants' time with clients, developing trusting relationships with assigned field staff, and coordinating production schedules for all assigned personnel.

This role is the first level within the Scheduling Specialist job family, requiring supervision and mentoring. You will operate as a vital member of our team, focused on customer experience, schedule efficiency, and logistics to support assigned field service personnel.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing and populating schedules for internal customers through defined methods;
  • Coordination with external customers;
  • Developing visit agendas;

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to possess strong customer service skills, interacting daily with clients and brokers, following best practices to meet Service Level Objectives and provide high levels of client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Outlook;
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written;
  • Embraces teamwork, with the ability to work independently;
  • Problem-solving abilities, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work;
  • Attention to detail, self-motivated, solid math aptitude, and analytical skills;
  • Time management, flexibility/adaptability to change, works well under pressure;
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • Bilingual skills are a plus;
  • Customer service-oriented;
  • Fluent reading/writing English;
  • Prefer additional language skills: French, Spanish, German, Portuguese;
  • Other, but a 4-Year College Degree/Bachelors preferred. Combination of education and work experience will be considered.
