We are seeking a bold and proactive Sr. Art Director who is not only a design expert but also a creative partner to clients and the internal team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of each brand's visual and communication identity across projects and be able to maintain consistency throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Understanding & Ideation
The successful candidate will interpret and challenge briefs creatively, adding value through strategic input. They will maintain a consistent understanding of each brand's visual and communication identity across projects.
- Project Ideation & Client Engagement
The selected candidate will pitch fresh, forward-thinking ideas to clients, even beyond assigned briefs. They will present work confidently and persuasively to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Trend Forecasting & Digital Innovation
The chosen candidate will stay updated with the latest design, cultural, and digital trends to inspire breakthrough work. They will explore new content formats (AR, motion, reels, interactive posts, etc.) and integrate them into concepts when relevant.
- Brainstorming & Idea-First Thinking
The ideal candidate will lead and facilitate collaborative ideation sessions with copywriters, designers, and strategists. They will bring bold, unconventional, and high-impact ideas to the table that are not just aesthetic but also insightful and memorable.
- Team Leadership & Creative Direction
The successful candidate will provide clear art direction and constructive feedback to junior and mid-level designers. They will mentor and grow creative talent, helping shape their skills and design sensibilities.
- Multitasking Ownership & Execution
The selected candidate will manage multiple ongoing projects without compromising on quality or deadlines. They will balance big-picture thinking with hands-on design involvement when necessary.
- Print Knowledge & Production Supervision
The chosen candidate will apply a strong understanding of print design and production processes—from prepress to execution. They will oversee packaging, OOH, POSM, and other print-based creatives, ensuring fidelity and print-readiness.
- Brand Custodianship & Accountability
The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of assigned brands—visually, conceptually, and creatively. They will ensure consistency and innovation in how the brand is presented across formats.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 6+ years of creative/design experience with a strong body of work.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory/art director role.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Excellent storytelling, typography, layout, and branding skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of both digital and traditional media channels.
