We are seeking a skilled and experienced tax professional to join our team as an Associate Manager - Corporate Tax. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client engagements and assignments related to direct tax laws, including tax structuring, advisory, compliance, and litigation support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate taxation, with experience working on client engagements end-to-end. You will represent clients in assessments, appeals, and other income-tax matters before tax officers and appellate authorities. Additionally, you will maintain the status of open litigations, analyze tax risks, and develop defense strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client engagements and assignments related to direct tax laws

Requirements
  • CA qualification with prior work experience in Big 4 in corporate tax
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Well-rounded commercial and economic awareness and understanding of the financial markets
