ESG Sustainability Specialist

Job Title:
ESG Sustainability SpecialistWe are seeking a seasoned ESG sustainability specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive ESG reports to drive business growth and sustainability initiatives.
- Review and regularly update materiality analysis reports to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Conduct climate-related risk assessments and opportunities aligned with TCFD recommendations.
- Establish and implement effective climate action strategies.
- Monitor and review supplier ESG performance to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Ensure effective ESMS implementation across the organization.
Educational Qualifications:
Post-graduate degree in Environment Science, Environment Management, or Sustainability related field.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in ESG or sustainability domain.
- Familiarity with various sustainability reporting standards, including GRI Standards, DJSI, MSCI, TCFD, SASB, and CDP.
- Proficiency in greenhouse gas emission accounting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to collaborate with diverse teams across different geographic locations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of evolving sustainability and emissions regulations worldwide.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
