We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our cloud product team.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure on public cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant cloud architectures using containerized environments with Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE).
  • Deploying and managing applications on GCP using Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud SQL, Kubernetes Engine, and Cloud Storage.
  • Networking principles and protocols including IP subnetting, routing, firewall rules, Virtual Private Cloud, Load Balancer, Cloud DNS, and Cloud CDN.
  • Advanced knowledge of AWS services including EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, Route 53/DNS, Clustering (EKS and ECS), Log Management, and IAM.
  • Advanced knowledge and troubleshooting of Azure Compute Instances, Azure Storage, Azure Backup, VNet, Subnets, NSG/ASG, IAM, Azure RBAC, SSL, Traffic Manager, Azure DNS, and Load balancers.
  • Strong notions of security best practices including IAM Policies & Roles, SSL, KMS, etc.
  • Experience with configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet/Chef.
  • Unix/Linux, Windows basic administration.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Service Now, Incident Management, Change Management, and other ITIL processes.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate IT concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
