Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Manager/Procurement Specialist to lead our vendor and supply chain process for health supplements, cosmetics, food & nutraceuticals. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end process from identifying vendors to negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance, and driving cost efficiency.

The role involves researching, identifying, and onboarding reliable vendors, raw material suppliers, packaging vendors, and contract manufacturers across various categories. Conducting factory audits, background checks, and capability assessments is also part of this responsibility.

This position requires someone with experience in sourcing, procurement, and vendor management in FMCG, cosmetics, nutrition, personal care, or consumer goods industries. A proven track record in negotiating with third-party manufacturers, private label suppliers, and raw material vendors is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Vendor Identification & Development: Research and identify reliable vendors and suppliers for health supplements, cosmetics, food & nutraceuticals.
  • Contract Manufacturing & Private Label Management: Work with third-party manufacturers and private label partners to develop new products, ensuring compliance with formulations, packaging, quality standards, and regulatory norms.
  • Procurement & Negotiation: Lead end-to-end procurement, including RFPs, RFQs, and tender processes. Negotiate pricing, credit terms, lead times, and minimum order quantities (MOQs) to drive cost optimization while maintaining consistent supply and vendor loyalty.
  • Regulatory & Quality Compliance: Ensure all vendors meet regulatory certifications and quality standards. Liaise with internal QA/RA teams to manage documentation, product testing, and statutory compliance before marketplace listings.

Requirements
  • 4-10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and vendor management in FMCG, cosmetics, nutrition, personal care, or consumer goods industries.
  • Proven track record in negotiating with third-party manufacturers, private label suppliers, and raw material vendors.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain operations, and vendor compliance.
  • Exposure to certifications/regulatory requirements is a plus.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with NPD, quality, operations, and e-commerce teams.
