Enterprise Directory Services Specialist

A Solution Architect for Directory Services is an individual who works within our Architecture and Engineering team. An individual is responsible for designing solutions, evolving current services to meet business requirements, maintaining and improving the security posture of environments, continuous monitoring of system health, and troubleshooting issues that arise.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and working on Security analysis based on reports generated through Security tools.
• Proactively monitoring Security incidents, managing Incident, assessing impact confirming priority.
• Key member of our Escalation team interfacing, collaborating, governing all work related to this role.
• Producing enterprise-level designs for Active Directory for global initiatives following those through to implementation via collaboration with project and support teams.
• Applying new solutions through research and collaboration with team determining course of action for new application initiatives.
• Troubleshooting ability to analyze technical problems to prevent future occurrences.
• Identifying opportunities to innovate, extend, and enhance service delivery everywhere possible.
• Owning Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for corporate Directory Services environment.
• Ability to establish new standards for quality performance or productivity.
• Serving as escalation point for application support and troubleshooting provides guidance direction in resolution of escalated issues complex production application or system problems.
• Ability to translate technical issues into understandable business language for end-users.
• Enforcing the standards security procedures controls for access ensuring integrity of the directory services infrastructure.
• Creating maintaining system documentation for domain technologies including installation configuration and appropriate troubleshooting steps.
• Improving existing processes through solutions to recurring problems enhancements to existing solutions or documentation.
• Managing customer satisfaction effectively communicating managing customer expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 6+ years overall IT experience 4+ years experience working with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory services.
• Hands-on experience in Vulnerability Deviances assessment executing remediation action plans.
• Exposure on Active Directory ADFS Azure AD AD Connect DHCP DFS DFSR DNS.
• Experience on AD site build planning implementation.
• Experience in Scripting such as PowerShell reporting such as PowerBI.
• Knowledge in GPO Administration implementation troubleshooting.
• Good understanding on implementation Knowledge on AD security tools such as PingCastle ALSID Qualys SPLUNK Q-Radar ORADAD etc.
• Exposure of TCP/IP ADFS PKI Kerberos etc.
• Exposure on Active Directory Replication troubleshooting hands-on with replication tools such as Repadmin Dcdiag AD Rep etc.
• Exposure on Active Directory disaster recovery backup solution.
• Excellent communication writing meeting facilitation.
• Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements schedules priorities.

Special Skills Certifications Requirements if any:

• ITIL V4 Foundation.
• Microsoft Certified: Security Compliance Identity Fundamentals.
• Microsoft Certified: Identity Access Administrator Associate.
