AI Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned project manager with 8-12 years of experience in delivering AI-based projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes.

The role involves end-to-end project delivery, from planning to execution, as well as stakeholder management and customer communication. The person in this role is expected to identify best-in-class delivery models and understand complex customer requirements.

  • Own the full lifecycle of enterprise project delivery with a focus on AI-based product implementations.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with internal product teams to align business goals with client outcomes.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for future product enhancements.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions within defined time and budget.
  • Ensure high standards of compliance, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Candidate Requirements

  • 8-12 years of Project Management experience in technology companies.
  • Proven experience handling enterprise-level customers, understanding their business culture and delivery expectations.
  • Strong exposure to AI/ML-based product implementations or integrations.
  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage large-scale project delivery.
  • Skilled in using tools like JIRA, Asana, or MS Project to drive delivery metrics and transparency.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
