Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Solution Management Expert. In this capacity, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery of SAP Solution Manager and CHARM operations in accordance with contractual obligations.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, enabling them to conduct comprehensive reviews of SOLMAN and CHARM processes, including SOLdoc and BpMOn functionalities, in collaboration with internal and supplier teams.

Additionally, you will be expected to develop and recommend improvements to standard and moderately complex SOLMAN and CHARM processes and procedures, as well as review, analyze, and prioritize change request deliverables using tools such as SAP Solution Manager, Remedy, and Power BI.

As the primary owner of the engagement with suppliers providing SAP Solution Manager and CHARM services, you will maintain open communication channels with project and AMS teams to address transition and change management issues.

Furthermore, you will independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. You will also represent the Service Introduction Practice in SAP Deployment Methodology teams.

Ultimately, your objective will be to identify opportunities to improve and optimize existing SOLMAN and CHARM processes and related documentation, ensuring seamless execution of business operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience is typically reflective of 5 years or more of relevant experience.
  • Technical Responsibilities include managing SAP Solution Manager functionalities, overseeing Change Request Management (CHARM) processes, maintaining comprehensive documentation of business processes, and implementing and monitoring BpMOn to provide transparency about end-to-end process health based on predefined KPIs.
