Job Title: Learning and Development Professional

This is a strategic role that involves driving company values and philosophy. The position ensures all training and development activities are aligned with the organization's mission and vision.

The successful candidate will work with the leadership team to identify and address employee and organizational development needs. This includes ensuring effective training is in place to achieve desired business results.

Main Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Administering Employee Training Programs - Promote and inform employees about training programs, displays leadership in guest hospitality, and exemplifies excellent customer service.">
  • Evaluating Training Programs Effectiveness - Monitor enrollment and attendance at training classes, meets regularly with participants, and reviews comment cards and guest satisfaction results.">
  • Developing Training Program Plans and Budgets - Ensure all training and development activities are strategically linked to the organization's mission and vision, identifies performance gaps, and develops specific training to improve service performance.">
  • Managing Training Budgets - Participate in the development of the training budget, manages budget in alignment with Human Resources and property financial goals, and utilizes a P-card if appropriate to control and monitor departmental expenditures.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.">
  • 2 years experience in human resources or related professional area, certified trainer.">
