**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Test Lead with strong hands-on experience in mobile application testing, including debugging with Charles Proxy and ADB commands.

The ideal candidate will be capable of leading a QA team of 6 members and experienced in setting up and managing Quality Assurance processes.

Candidates with a background in the banking domain, particularly lending and loans, are preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 6 QA engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines.

Perform mobile application testing (Android & iOS) with expertise in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and debugging tools.

Test Strategy: Set up and optimize QA processes, test strategies, and best practices for mobile app testing.

Actively participate in bug triage and effectively defend bugs with developers when issues are valid.

Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify, debug, and resolve issues efficiently.

Documentation: Prepare test plans, test cases, and QA reports, ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality releases.

Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, automation strategy (if applicable), and team efficiency.

Requirements: Ensure proper documentation and reporting for defects, test results, and process compliance.
