Job Title: Data Architect - Healthcare Intelligence

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Architect to lead the development of healthcare intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing data pipelines, integrating with various healthcare systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop data architectures for healthcare applications
  • Integrate with claims processing systems, member management platforms, provider network management systems, and care management platforms
  • Clean, rationalize, and normalize large datasets to ensure readiness for AI-driven analytics
  • Collaborate with data scientists and AI/ML teams to align data preparation with project goals
  • Implement automation and scripting for efficient data handling
Requirements
  • Strong experience in healthcare data engineering (claims, EHR, clinical datasets)
  • Proficiency in data cleaning, normalization, aggregation, and feature extraction
  • Knowledge of healthcare standards and coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED, HL7, FHIR)
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python, and automation frameworks for data workflows
