About the Job

As a seasoned ECM expert, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable content management solutions using IBM FileNet P8 and related technologies. Your expertise in workflow automation, document management, and business process management will drive digital transformation and communication strategies across enterprise platforms.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust ECM solutions that meet client requirements
  • Oversee end-to-end content lifecycle management including capture, storage, retrieval, and archival
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems
  • Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and upgrades of ECM platforms
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8, Content Navigator, and Case Manager
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) principles
  • Experience in workflow automation, document management, and business process management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability in project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership
  • Familiarity with integration of ECM systems with other enterprise applications
  • Knowledge of digital communication platforms and strategies
