As a social media professional, you know how to create engaging content that resonates with audiences. This role involves developing and executing content ideas, managing the online presence of our clients, and optimizing their social media presence for maximum engagement.
- Develop and curate high-quality content across various platforms
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and adapt them into compelling content
- Build and engage with communities through comments, direct messages, and replies
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Key skills include excellent writing skills for captions, carousels, and scripts (English and Tamil a plus), creativity, proactivity, and attention to detail. Experience with design tools like Canva or basic video editing software is beneficial.
