**Compliance Manager Role Overview**

The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, managing risk, and maintaining a culture of compliance within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Audit and Compliance Management: Coordinate audits mandated by regulatory bodies, such as NSE and BSE, and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
  • Circular Implementation: Implement latest circulars issued by SEBI, Exchanges, Depositories, and PFRDA, and maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure compliance.
  • Compliance Calendar: Develop and disseminate a Compliance Calendar to stakeholders, ensuring timely submissions and updates.
  • Inspection Handling: Manage on-site and off-site inspections by regulatory bodies, including SEBI and stock exchanges.
  • New Product Launches: Provide oversight and support for new product launches, assisting in building new products and processes.
  • Governance Dashboard: Maintain a Monthly Governance Dashboard, discussing key findings and insights with management.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
