Job Title: Business Intelligence Data Analyst

An exceptional Business Intelligence Data Analyst is required to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical and business acumen, with a passion for uncovering insights from complex data sets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources, providing actionable insights that inform business strategies.
  • Data Visualization: Create clear and compelling data reports and dashboards using industry-leading tools.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Respond to urgent business queries with timely, insightful analysis, leveraging expertise in data manipulation and visualization.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, translating them into actionable analytical tasks.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness, performing data cleansing as needed to maintain high-quality datasets.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate data collection and reporting processes, driving efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex datasets, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
Non-Technical Skills:
  • High level of self-motivation: Ability to take charge of own results and progress.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues and solutions within datasets and analysis workflows.
