Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for auditing loans to ensure compliance with bank policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

This involves reviewing loan applications, assessing documentation accuracy, verifying lending criteria, and identifying discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating client financials to determine loan eligibility.
  • Recommending appropriate loan products based on client needs and financial profiles.
  • Processing loan applications efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensuring compliance with lending regulations and internal policies.

  • Reviewing Loan-to-Value Ratio (LVR)
  • Approval or Declination of Loans

Requirements:

  • A degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in mortgage operations, with at least 1 year in a quality assurance role.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, as well as good communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS-excel skills (analysis of data and reporting dashboards).

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in mortgage lending or credit assessment is preferred.
  • Experience with income types including PAYG, self-employed, rental, foreign income.
