Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Talent Sourcing Specialist to support our Operations team in identifying and evaluating potential interviewers.

  • Utilize job boards and professional platforms to source high-quality candidates, building and maintaining a talent pool across various industries and roles.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit for specific positions, shortlisting based on qualifications, experience, and job requirements.
  • Maintain an organized database of potential interviewers, ensuring regular follow-ups and tracking sourcing activities and results.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to understand hiring needs and priorities, providing support in scheduling interviews and managing communications.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and talent market dynamics, suggesting strategies to improve sourcing effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing or completed degree in computer science or related field.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Naukri and Indeed.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous exposure to recruitment or HR operations is a plus.
