Technical Leadership Role

Job Description:

This is a leadership role where you will oversee and guide our development team to drive project success, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop applications using Java, SAP HANA, and related technologies.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, software architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Review technical designs and code, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and maintainability.
  • Oversee integration between backend systems and frontend applications.
  • Manage workload distribution, task assignments, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending adoption.
  • Mentor junior developers to support their technical and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Java, SAP HANA, SAP UI5/Fiori, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and system integration with SAP or enterprise applications.
  • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to Cloud platforms.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Familiarity with security standards and performance optimization in enterprise applications.
