We are looking for a talented Senior Backend Engineer who can own core backend systems, ship fast, and build scalable infrastructure to power intelligent agent workflows and AI-native applications. If you enjoy designing production-grade systems, scaling real-world AI workloads, and diving deep into systems design—this role is for you.

Our team works closely with AI and product teams to integrate LLM pipelines (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) into backend services. We leverage Python (FastAPI), ensuring modular, efficient architecture aligned with product goals. We deploy, monitor, and optimize cloud-native applications on AWS or Azure for reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Design and Scale Backend Systems: Build high-performance backend systems using Python, ensuring efficient architecture aligned with product goals.
  • Cloud Deployment and Optimization: Deploy, monitor, and optimize cloud-native applications on AWS or Azure.
  • LLM Integration and Collaboration: Work closely with AI and product teams to integrate LLM pipelines into backend services.
  • Leadership and Engineering Culture: Independently lead projects, mentor junior engineers, set code quality standards, and contribute to a fast-paced engineering culture.

Must-Have Qualifications include:
  • Backend Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Python, with strong proficiency in FastAPI, and solid CS fundamentals.
  • Scalable Systems: Proven ability to design and scale production-grade systems.
  • Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure.
  • AI & Ownership: Strong ownership mindset with experience delivering end-to-end solutions using AI-native backends.
  • Agent Frameworks: Experience with frameworks like Autogen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoChain.
  • Fintech Background: Background in Fintech or internal tools with a passion for developer experience and infrastructure innovation.
