Job Title: Full Stack Trainer

We are seeking an experienced corporate trainer to deliver technical training programs for MERN or MEAN stacks.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as expertise in React.js, Angular, and their ecosystem.
  • A proficiency in back-end frameworks like Node.js and Express.js is also required.
  • Additionally, hands-on experience with MySQL, MongoDB, and related database technologies is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on the MERN/MEAN stacks, tailored to clients' requirements.
  • Work closely with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to understand training needs and objectives.
  • Develop training materials, hands-on labs, and assignments to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship and support to participants throughout the training programs.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in MERN/MEAN stack development and integrate them into training modules.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues encountered by participants during training exercises.
  • Test and evaluate participants' understanding through assessments, project work, and interactive discussions.
  • Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment to foster participant growth and retention.
  • Offer post-training support to ensure knowledge transfer into workplace applications.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of cumulative experience in delivering training.
  • 1+ years of experience in MERN or MEAN stack development.
  • Strong expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • In-depth knowledge of React.js, Angular, and their ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in back-end frameworks like Node.js and Express.js.
  • Hands-on experience with MySQL, MongoDB, and related database technologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Prior experience in delivering technical training programs is a significant advantage.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with DevOps concepts and cloud is a plus.
  • Familiarity with other stacks such as DotNet or Java is a plus.
