We are seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team at Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for specific regions, products, or lines of business.
  • Manage large/complex clients, understanding their intricate requirements.
  • Conduct data checks and edits on client-supplied data, producing detailed exposure profiles, and running catastrophe analyses using RMS, AIR, and RQE models to estimate potential cat losses.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the models and manage model uncertainties.
  • Provide modelled loss outputs and interpret results for colleagues, brokers, clients, reinsurers, and other parties.
  • Maintain regular stakeholder interaction, developing relationships with analysts and consultants for constant information flow.
  • Communicate with brokers and clients to understand their reinsurance buying philosophy and serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients.
  • Be a team player, collaborating effectively with the team by setting performance standards and motivating to achieve beyond these standards.
  • Perform a robust two-stage review process and serve as a technical SPOC for analysts.
  • Identify skills and knowledge gaps within the team and plan training, cross-skilling, and up-skilling initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Catastrophe Modeling/Risk Management.
