Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Master Data Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data management and analysis, with a strong understanding of supply chain operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Master Data Operations: Responsible for complex master data management processes focused on accurate and timely preparation and maintenance of master data in the SAP ERP system.
  • Data Analysis: Perform day-to-day activities of processing master data tickets assigned as per relevant SOPs, business matrix, SLA time lines & KPIs.
  • Insight Generation: Develop understanding to generate insights through data using available tools & technologies.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure that all data included in the system are reliable and from the right sources, ensuring the integrity and quality of site master data is established.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Supply Chain Expertise: Basic understanding of Supply Chain Management, elements & flows and Master data Process and objects.
  • SAP Knowledge: Basic understanding of SAP MM (Material Management) PP (Production planning) & SD (Sales & Distribution) attributes.
  • Industry Knowledge: Basic Understanding of Pharma product and lifecycle events Regulatory and Artwork in Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical & communication skills (both written & verbal), ability to manage high volumes of data.

Essential Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of overall experience in Master Data Operations in Supply chain Management is preferred.
  • Certification: At least 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance function.
  • Degree: Graduate / Post Graduate in Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Engineering / Commerce / Economics.
