Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, source, and onboard new vendors to enhance service offerings and capabilities.
  2. Team Management: Manage supply and Ops teams for the city.
  3. Owning regional P&L.
  4. Identify growth blockers and solve for them actively.
  5. Ensure SLA adherence and plan on improving if necessary.
  6. Meet revenue and profitability targets as planned.
  7. Guide vendors through onboarding, ensuring they're fully integrated into the system, aligned with operational standards, and compliant with payment recovery.
  8. Handle day-to-day operations by monitoring and addressing any operational challenges to ensure smooth business processes.
  9. Maintain open and effective communication with both vendors and customers, empower team to address inquiries and resolve issues during the order process.
  10. Track vendor performance, ensure quality standards are met.
