Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at ADVENXA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients to expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential clients to expand our customer base.
- Promote and sell a range of financial products to existing and new clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their financial objectives are met and provide ongoing support.
- Conduct financial assessments and analysis to understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable products.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or banking.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented and target-driven.
