Job Title

Functional Product Expert

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a functional expert across key T24 modules, including TPH, AA-Retail, AA-Deposits, AA-Lending, Securities (SC), Accounting, LD, Treasury, and Analytics and Autoform
  • Gather and analyse business requirements, map them to T24 functionalities, and translate them into functional specifications
  • Configure and maintain parameters within the T24 environment to support evolving business and regulatory needs
  • Collaborate closely with business users, technical teams, and QA to deliver optimal T24 solutions
  • Support implementation and integration efforts, including TAABS-based configurations and user access management
  • Participate in UAT cycles, system upgrades, and production support as required
  • Prepare functional documentation, including BRDs, UAT scripts, and SOPs
  • Provide functional expertise and support during SIT/UAT and post-go-live stages
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6–10 years of experience working in Temenos T24 functional roles
  • Proven functional knowledge and implementation experience across 1 or more T24 modules (Corporate)
  • Hands-on experience in parameterization, product configuration, and functional testing
  • Strong working knowledge of TAABS and Temenos configuration tools
  • Experience in user management, business requirement gathering, and process mapping
  • Understanding of T24 architecture and a strong technical background is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in Agile environments and knowledge of SDLC practices
  • Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Exposure to regional regulatory requirements and banking practices will be an advantage
