Job Summary
Originate and Execute Private Financing Trades in India.
Engage with origination partners and clients to expand your network and impact in the industry. Originate and execute private financing trades with corporate clients in India, shaping financing solutions and driving business growth in a dynamic market environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Cover clients and investors to advance business relationships and originate private credit transactions.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for smooth execution of transactions.
- Evaluate investment opportunities through fundamental credit assessment of companies from a credit underwriting lens.
- Prepare credit memos detailing credit considerations for lending decisions.
- Lead transaction-related legal documentation structuring, reviewing, and finalizing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in private financing or related fields.
- Well-rounded academic background from a top-tier educational institution.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business lines and geographies.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications

- Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and drive business growth.
