Reliability Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Ensure system reliability: Identify potential issues, implement preventive measures, and boost system resilience.
    • Automate processes for efficiency: Build tools, pipelines, and scripts that eliminate manual effort and enable rapid deployments.
    • Solve complex problems: Participate in root cause analysis, drive corrective actions, and prioritize improvements.
    • Optimize performance: Apply expertise to strengthen infrastructure and services.
    • Collaborate & grow: Share knowledge with peers, champion best practices, and promote innovation.
    • Stay ahead of technology trends: Continuously evolve and adapt to new developments.

What you bring:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: 3–5 years in operations, DevOps, or software engineering, with expertise in troubleshooting and customer support.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and Bash.
  • Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong incident response and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and drive innovation.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and container orchestration.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Java proficiency.
  • Monitoring and APM tool expertise.

Nice to Have:

  • Azure Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or Microsoft Cloud Certified – Professional DevOps Engineer.
  • Experience with AppDynamics, Splunk, or other monitoring/APM tools.
  • Passion for creating a culture of automation, resilience, and learning.
