LLM Trainer (Biotechnology) Role

We are excited to invite PhD in Biotechnology scholars to join our team as LLM Trainers.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in Biotechnology and a passion for working with large language models or AI tools.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and train large language models to enhance their accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Analyze data to understand model performance and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Education: PhD in Biotechnology
  • Culture and Media Awareness: Broad cultural literacy and media awareness across generations and demographics.
  • Language Proficiency: Native fluency in English and other native Indian languages.
  • Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in India, with a strong understanding of the local culture and market.
