Job Title: Data Science Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Data Science Manager to lead our team of Data Engineers, Analysts and Data scientists in delivering high-impact projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving data-driven initiatives, with expertise in machine learning, deep learning and natural language processing.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Connecting with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop project plans
  • Capturing and utilizing large datasets to quantify performance via metrics or KPIs
  • Leading a team of Data Engineers, Analysts and Data scientists to carry out data science workflows

You will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure seamless integration of data pipelines and optimize data models for efficient querying.

Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in a quantitative field (CS, statistics, applied mathematics, machine learning, or related discipline)
  • Strong programming skills in Python with knowledge of numerical, data analysis, or AI frameworks
  • Experience with Large Language Models and framework similar to Langchain
  • Awareness of entire evolution history of NLP, training data creation, training set-up and finetuning
  • Predictive modelling experience in Python (Time Series/ Multivariable/ Causal)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
