About the Role

The Strategic Business Financial Partner is a full-time role responsible for partnering with various business verticals within Zeta to drive business and financial performance. This includes providing business and financial analysis and reporting, managing and standardizing key business processes, and delivering high-quality financial insights.

This role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in an ambiguous environment, embrace change, and prioritize tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business units, their revenue and cost structures, and market trends.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, creating comprehensive financial plans and forecasts, and analyzing actual results against budgeted goals.
  • Establish and control budgets, drive financial discipline, and set up financial control processes to ensure adherence to budgets.
  • Manage business development activities, focusing on profitability and revenue growth.
  • Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to support leadership decision-making.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Engineering or MBA with at least 7+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proven ability to lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with project managers, department heads, and senior leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of technology product development lifecycles and stages.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Ability to identify financial risks associated with IT product development and develop risk mitigation strategies.
What We Offer

Zeta Services Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
