Job Description

As a seasoned Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and roadmap.

This individual will be responsible for defining and prioritizing platform initiatives, managing the full product lifecycle, and leveraging data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform their decision-making.

  1. Define and Prioritize Platform Initiatives: Collaborate with Product Leadership to set a clear strategy and roadmap for high-impact, data-centric platform features.
  2. Manage Full Product Lifecycle: Drive product development from concept to launch with the engineering team, ensuring each release meets performance, quality, and timeline goals.
  3. Leverage Data and KPIs: Use metrics, analytics, and market research to shape your backlog, make informed decisions, and balance feature trade-offs.
  4. Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with design, QA, marketing, and operations to synchronize releases and deliver solutions that resonate with users.
  5. Oversee Product Launches: Steer go-to-market strategies, align stakeholders, and ensure successful adoption of new features and enhancements.
  6. Audit and Improve Process: Monitor and analyze product processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  7. Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Monitor healthcare IT, AI, and data platform developments to inform your roadmap and strategic direction.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering customer value, basing product decisions on rigorous logic and thorough analysis, and thriving in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Requirements include:

  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with a development background (platform or data platforms experience is a significant plus).
  • Proficient in Agile and SDLC methodologies; familiarity with tools like JIRA is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical mindset—you base decisions on data and market evidence.
  • SaaS/PaaS background is strongly preferred; healthcare/health IT knowledge is a differentiator.
  • Skilled at working across global teams and time zones.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
