Job Title:

Technical Consultant Intern

About the Role:

As a technical consultant intern, you will play a key role in supporting our team's efforts to revolutionize the technical hiring landscape.

  • Reporting: You will be responsible for generating detailed reports on candidates and conducting in-depth analysis of these reports.
  • Technical Review: You will review reports, discuss findings with the panel, and provide constructive feedback for improvements.
  • Candidate Escalation: You will handle escalation cases, identify root causes, and propose optimal resolutions.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Programming Language: Extensive knowledge of at least one programming language.
  • Excel Proficiency: Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Project Experience: Hands-on experience with at least two technical projects involving diverse tech stacks.
What We Offer:

This is a six-month internship with a stipend. You will work from 11 am to 8 pm, six days a week.
