Role & Responsibilities

• Provide tele-consultations for elderly patients with multiple chronic conditions, mobility issues, or age-related concerns.
• Offer guidance on long-term care, medication management, preventive care, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Review patient records and issue secure digital prescriptions.
• Be available for per-minute calls, scheduled sessions, and family consultations.
• Ensure compassionate, holistic, and ethical geriatric care.

Qualifications

• MBBS + MD / DNB in Geriatrics / Internal Medicine / Family Medicine with focus on elderly care.
• Valid NMC/MCI/State Medical Council registration.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in geriatric or elderly-focused practice.
• Comfortable with telemedicine platforms and digital tools.
• Strong communication skills (English/Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
