Job Title: Oracle Utilities SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Oracle Utilities C2M suite and its applications in the utility industry.The ideal candidate will have experience with Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Meter Data Management (MDM), Service and Asset-based architecture within C2M, Field Service Integration, Smart Grid Gateway (SGG) for integration with head-end systems, and meter-to-cash (M2C) processes including billing, meter reads, usage processing, VEE, exceptions handling, and service orders.The selected candidate will also possess strong technical skills, including experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and Oracle MFT, familiarity with Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture, knowledge of head-end system integration, AMI, and SCADA data flows, and strong experience in data modeling, batch processing, schema design, and validation rules within Oracle Utilities applications.In addition, the candidate should have a solid understanding of Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, and performance optimization techniques, as well as knowledge of role-based access control, security policies, and data privacy standards.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing enterprise utility architectures, producing high-quality technical documentation and architecture blueprints, delivering Oracle Utilities solutions in large-scale utility implementations, and leading cross-functional teams and conducting architecture reviews and workshops.Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
  • Familiarity with cloud migration strategies and hybrid models (on-prem to cloud C2M migration)
