Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our accounting and financial operations team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with expertise in developing and maintaining effective accounting control systems.

  • Developing, maintaining, and ensuring the adequacy of accounting and financial control systems.

Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to provide financial analysis to support business initiatives.

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • A Professional accounting qualification, preferably a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Minimum of 10 years of accounting and financial reporting experience, with at least 4-5 years of experience at a senior management level.
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial planning, taxation, and financial analysis.
  • Experience in managing and leading a team.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement, multitask, and prioritise competing demands.

Proficiency in Tally ERP and external auditor coordination is an added advantage.

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi. The successful candidate will oversee all accounting and financial operations within the company, ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
