Strategic finance leadership is a key driver of business success. As the head of financial control, you will lead the finance function with a focus on strategic planning, controllership, investor relations, and operations management.

  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure robust internal controls, risk management, and compliance processes are in place.
  • Oversee the implementation of accounting practices and ERP systems that support business growth and efficiency.
  • Lead long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive business strategy and growth.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives, capital allocation plans, and investment decisions.
  • Drive initiatives to improve profitability, unit economics, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Manage daily finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processing.
  • Ensure tax compliance and regulatory adherence, including GST, TDS, and income tax.
  • Review and approve all financial processes, reconciliations, and vendor payments.
  • Support equity and debt fundraising efforts through effective financial reporting and communication.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the finance and accounts team.
