Job Description:

We seek a seasoned ServiceNow Administrator to oversee the configuration and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform, including Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, experience with GRC modules, and excellent analytical abilities to drive effective incident resolution and process improvements.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy, initiative, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. The selected professional will be responsible for ensuring seamless system upgrades, managing user roles and permissions, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and administer the ServiceNow platform, including GRC modules
  • Develop and implement fixes for production defects
  • Perform DevOps activities, such as code deployments across environments
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow integrations with external systems
  • Resolve ServiceNow incidents and provide root cause analysis
  • Maintain platform stability and ensure smooth operation
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules
  • Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals, GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementation
  • Experience in ServiceNow support & maintenance, including incident resolution
  • Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI)
