Senior Data Architect

In this highly visible and strategic role, we are seeking a Senior Data Architect to design and implement cutting-edge data solutions in the Microsoft ecosystem. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional to lead the development of advanced analytics platforms and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

This position requires a deep understanding of data engineering, architecture, and analytics principles. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure services, and IaC tools such as ARM or Terraform. Strong skills in SQL, Python, or PySpark are also essential.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. They will be proactive and adaptable in fast-evolving tech landscapes and have a strong passion for staying up-to-date with new technologies and trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and analytics solutions in Microsoft Fabric.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines, transformations, and storage using Dataflows, Pipelines, Spark, and Delta Lake.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions and drive ingestion-to-insight workflows.
  • Establish CI/CD and IaC practices with Azure DevOps, ARM, or Terraform.
  • Ensure governance, security, and compliance through Purview integration.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Fabric workloads.
  • Stay ahead of new Fabric capabilities and mentor junior team members.
Requirements:
  • 8–12 years in data engineering, architecture, or analytics.
  • 2–3 years hands-on with Microsoft Fabric.
  • Strong skills in SQL, Python, or PySpark.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Azure services.
  • Familiarity with IaC tools (ARM/Terraform) and data governance practices.
  • Nice to have: Power BI, Azure Databricks, or ML/AI exposure.
