Maximizing Network Infrastructure Efficiency

As a key member of our organization, you will oversee the design and implementation of network infrastructure to ensure seamless data flow between operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT) systems.

This involves developing advanced wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi 6 and private 5G for robust connectivity, automation, and real-time data monitoring. You will also be responsible for managing network infrastructure design, deployment, and maintenance; collaborating with production and IT teams to align network infrastructure with operational needs; leading the installation and configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points; and ensuring network scalability to support future production needs and business growth.

A successful candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology or Network Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in managing production floor network infrastructure in manufacturing or industrial environments.

They will also possess hands-on experience with enterprise-grade network equipment and network monitoring tools, proven experience in leading network architecture projects, and excellent communication and project management skills.
