Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior ETL Specialist to join our development team. The ideal candidate will design, configure, code, test, debug, and document system programs while ensuring adherence to a software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable ETL solutions.
  • Prepare technical specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents.
  • Review documentation, providing constructive feedback to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure quality and consistency in deliverables.
  • Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews to maintain best practices.
  • Develop and maintain operational and system-level documentation for ongoing support and future enhancements.
  • Ensure solutions are optimized for performance and compliant with organizational standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6–7 years of professional experience in software development or data integration roles.
  • Strong expertise in Informatica IDMC – mandatory.
  • Advanced PL/SQL programming skills – mandatory.
  • Experience with Snowflake cloud data warehouse.
  • Strong understanding of ETL design patterns, performance tuning, and data modeling concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
