Job Title: National Warehousing Manager

Overview:

  • The role requires a strategic thinker to develop and implement plans that align with company objectives and customer requirements.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring warehousing costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost reduction initiatives.
  • This position involves conducting regular operational reviews, including KPI and performance monitoring of CFA operations and de-pot score cards with all divisions.
  • The incumbent will resolve problems concerning execution at warehouses, conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action plan (CAPA) of operational issues to improve warehouse process operations.
  • To meet and exceed global standards, the successful candidate will implement lean warehousing and operations practices, daily management, 5S, etc.
  • Audit compliance as per Marico Policies - Inventory, Quality Audits, Social, EHS & Internal.
  • This role also includes designing and implementing a capability-building plan for members involved in warehousing operations.
  • The selected candidate will prepare and publish Management Information System (MIS) reports as required.
  • Identifying automation/Digital opportunities to reduce dependency on manual processes/operations is another key responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing management.
